Excellent snack for a festive table. Zucchini rolls are prepared simply. They do not need to be fried and soaked in salt water like eggplants. It is better to use young vegetables. They have a thin skin, no seeds and very tender flesh.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 1 kg
  • Carrots - 300 g
  • Dill - 20 g
  • Black Pepper - 6 peas
  • Vinegar - 80 ml
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Salt - 1 art.l.
  • Water - 1,5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the zucchini and carrots into thin slices. To do this, I recommend using a vegetable peeler.

Put a piece of carrot on a slice of zucchini and roll up a roll. Repeat the procedure with the remaining blanks.

Put dill and rolls in jars.

Boil water, add black pepper, sugar and salt. Boil for 2 minutes and pour into jars.

Sterilize for 15 minutes, add vinegar and roll up.
