Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the cherry and chop it in a blender.
Mix agar-agar and a couple of tablespoons of sugar, and send the rest of the sugar to the cherry.
Boil the cherries for 10 minutes after boiling, removing the foam.
Add agar with sugar, stir and boil for another minute.
Roll the blank into sterile jars.
