Jam and jams are far from the only thing that can be made from berries for the winter. For example, this time I will tell you how to properly cook dried cherries. This is not a very fast process, but the result will definitely pleasantly surprise you.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the cherry. Put the berries on towels for a couple of hours to dry them.

Transfer the cherries to a parchment-lined baking sheet in one layer.

Put it in the oven for 3-4 hours at 60-70 degrees. Look at the degree of drying.

Let the cherries cool, mix with powdered sugar and store in a dry sealed jar.
