Wash the pepper and bake it whole on foil for about half an hour in the oven at 220 degrees.

Put it in a bag, tie it up and leave it for half an hour.

Peel the peppers from the skin and the middle, and slice. Save all the juice that flows out in the process.

Mix finely chopped garlic, herbs, pepper juice, vinegar, sugar, salt and oil.

Put peppers in sterilized jars, and then - baked peppers.

Fill everything with marinade, sterilize in a saucepan with water for 15 minutes and roll up the jars.
