- Eggplant - 1.5 kg
- Champignons - 500 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 5 art.l.

- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice the eggplant and boil for 2 minutes in salted boiling water. Then fry until browned.
Cut the champignons into plates and fry them until golden brown, too.
Separately cut the onion into half rings and fry it as well.
Mix everything together, add crushed garlic, salt, vinegar and mayonnaise.
Put the snack in clean jars and sterilize them in a pot of water for 20 minutes. Roll up.
