Have you tried marinating chops in kefir? The fermented milk product softens the meat very quickly. According to this recipe, the chops are juicy, soft and with a fragrant crispy crust. A less ruddy version is prepared in foil.
Ingredients
- Beef - 600 g
- Kefir (warm) – 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Breadcrumbs - 1 glass
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into thick plates. The optimal thickness is 1.5 centimeters.
Beat each piece well with a hammer on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Put the chops in a deep bowl and pour warm kefir for half an hour.
Lightly beat the eggs with spices and salt.
Pour the breadcrumbs and flour on different plates.
Roll the chops in flour, dip them in batter and roll them well in breadcrumbs.
Fry the chops on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Place the chops on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
