- Cod - 600 g
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Bay leaf - 6-8 of leaves
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the lemons into circles and put them in a mold on parchment.
Sprinkle with olive oil and spread the bay leaves on top.
Put pieces of cod on them and sprinkle with spices and herbs.
Bake the fish in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes under foil and about 10 more without it.
