Sometimes you want to cook something unusual without waiting for a special date. This will not only bring variety to the diet, but will certainly please the family. I propose today to bake sea bass in the oven with vegetables and champignons. This fish has few bones and very juicy meat.
Ingredients
- Sea bass - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 300 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Garlic - half a head
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Rosemary - 5 twigs
- Oregano (flowers) – 2 twigs
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the perch from the scales, remove the head, gut, rinse and dry with paper towels.
Rub the fish inside and out with salt, ground black pepper and set aside for 10 minutes.
Add lemon juice, half of the olive oil and brush everything well again.
Chop tomatoes and champignons, parse garlic into cloves.
Put the vegetables in a deep bowl, add the remaining oil and mix.
Grease a baking sheet with oil, put the fish, tomatoes, garlic and mushrooms.
Cover the baking sheet with foil and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Carefully remove the foil and continue baking for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished dish with oregano flowers and rosemary sprigs.
