Eggs add viscosity to the curd mass so that it does not disintegrate during baking. Although it is commonly believed, but in fact it is absolutely not a mandatory ingredient. And this time I will tell you how to do without eggs.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Kefir - 30 ml
- Dried apricots - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk all the ingredients, except dried apricots, in a blender until smooth.
Add chopped dried apricots.
Oil the bowl of the slow cooker and put the workpiece there.
Cook the casserole for 50-55 minutes in baking mode.
