  • Carrots - 1 kg
  • Vinegar - 1 art.l.
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Grate the carrots on a medium grater, mix with salt and tightly tamp them into sterilized jars.

Pour in the vinegar, cover with lids and put the jars in a saucepan with water.
