Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a medium grater, mix with salt and tightly tamp them into sterilized jars.
Pour in the vinegar, cover with lids and put the jars in a saucepan with water.
Sterilize the carrots for about 40 minutes on low heat and immediately roll up.
