Once I got my hands on a large supply of mint, and I added it literally everywhere. In addition to the obvious solutions, I would like to share some unexpected findings. One of them is this kind of cherry jam with mint. Light fresh notes decorate it incredibly.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the cherry. Scald the lemon with boiling water and also remove the bones.
Put everything through a meat grinder, add sugar and bring to a boil.
Add whole mint sprigs and boil the jam for 20-30 minutes on low heat.
Remove the mint and pour the blank into sterile jars.
