Ingredients

  • Garlic (teeth) – 300 g
  • Beetroot - 200 g
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Carnation - 6 buds
  • Black Pepper - 6 peas
  • Vinegar - 80 ml
  • Water - 500 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pour boiling water over the garlic cloves for 30 seconds.

Randomly chop the beets and put them with garlic in sterilized jars.

Boil the water with all the remaining ingredients.

Pour in the garlic, sterilize the jars for another 10 minutes and roll up.
