- Bell pepper - 2 kg
- Apples - 500 g
- Greenery (any) – 10 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 100 ml
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 60 g
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the bell pepper, peel from the seeds and cut into large pieces.
Cut the apples into quarters and remove the core with the seeds.
Put the greens, apples and peppers in jars.
Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and put aside for 20 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and boil for 2 minutes.
Add vinegar, remove from heat and pour into jars.
Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up with a warm blanket.
