I love pineapples in any form, so I cook a variety of dishes and drinks from them. Including smoothies. I have some favorite recipes, and today I want to share with you one of them. Very refreshing, and also healthy and dietary.
Ingredients
- Pineapple - 300 g
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Orange juice - 200 ml
- Pineapple juice - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and randomly slice the pineapple.
Do the same with a banana.
Whisk all the ingredients in a blender.
