Ingredients
- Yoshta - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Mint - 8 of leaves
- Water - 100 ml
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the yoshta, zest and water, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Rub everything through a sieve and bring it to a boil again.
Boil the mass for another 15 minutes, and then add mint and citric acid.
Boil for another 5 minutes and roll the jelly into sterile jars.
