I really like to rethink classic recipes in a new way. A very interesting find was the adjika of apricots. It was a spontaneous idea – if you can cook it from plums, then why not try something else? And it turned out just amazing!
Ingredients
- Apricots - 2 kg
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Sugar - 18 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground red pepper - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Curry - 25 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the apricots.
Put them through a meat grinder with garlic.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring the adjika to a boil.
Boil it for 15 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars.
