Ingredients
- Cherry - 1.5 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cherry berries, cover with sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
Let the workpiece cool, boil again and boil for 5 minutes. Repeat this step 1-2 more times.
After the last cooking, roll the hot jam into sterile jars.
