Ingredients
- Apples - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Squeeze the juice out of the apples in any convenient way. Remove the foam.
Add sugar to taste and bring the juice almost to a boil.
Pour into sterile jars, sterilize for another 15 minutes and roll up.
