White currant is less common and therefore not popular enough. And in vain. It is no worse than black suitable for cooking homemade preparations. Especially if you mix them together. I share my favorite and proven recipe!
Ingredients
- Black Currant - 700 g
- White currant - 500 g
- Water - 1 glass
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pluck the currant from the twigs, mix all the berries and fill with water.
Boil for 10 minutes and rub through a sieve.
Add sugar, bring to a boil again and boil the jelly for 15 minutes on low heat.
Pour it into sterilized jars.
