Lecho is a very popular Bulgarian dish that has long been our native. And all because it is one of the best vegetable preparations, including for the winter. Today I will share with you a classic recipe, proven over the years.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 3 kg
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes and put them through a meat grinder.
Add butter, salt and sugar.
Cut the pepper into pieces and put it in the same place.
Bring the mass to a boil and boil for half an hour on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar and roll the lecho into sterile jars.
