Pancakes with stuffing are one of the signature dishes of Russian cuisine. But it is not necessary to limit yourself to the usual cottage cheese or chicken with mushrooms. I offer you my favorite recipe – with tuna and fresh fragrant herbs!
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 80 g
- Milk - 200 ml
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Butter - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs with a mixer until light foam, add milk and beat for another minute.
Add the sifted flour, sugar and salt to the dough, and whisk again.
Last of all, add the melted butter, mix and leave the dough for half an hour.
Fry thin pancakes in a dry frying pan on both sides and leave to cool.
Chop the onion, pour boiling water over it and send it to a blender. Add chopped herbs, mustard, salt and pepper to the same place, and chop.
Mix onion mass with canned tuna.
Wrap the filling in pancakes in any convenient way and serve on the table.
