When there is a blizzard outside, it's time to do homemade baking. Let's cook pies with meat and buckwheat today. They can be served as an independent dish, with different sauces, just for tea or instead of bread for soup.
Ingredients
- Flour - 3 glasses
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Dry yeast (high-speed) – 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 50 g
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sift flour into a wide bowl, add dry yeast, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add melted butter, sour cream and lightly beaten egg.
Knead the plastic dough, cover with a towel and put it away in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Pass the boiled beef through a meat grinder.
Mix buckwheat, chopped beef, melted butter, salt and ground black pepper.
Knead the dough slightly and divide it into 16 identical pieces.
Roll out each piece into a round cake, put a little filling and seal tightly.
Place the pies on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
