Another non–banal for us, but a very interesting basis for making dough is ayran. Such khachapuri can be baked in the oven or fried in a frying pan, but today we will focus on the second option.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix kefir, ayran, sugar, salt and soda. Add the melted butter.
Add flour, knead the dough and divide into parts.
Mix cottage cheese, grated cheese and sour cream. Wrap the filling in dough cakes and roll out.
Fry the khachapuri in a dry frying pan over low heat for 5-7 minutes per side.
