Do you like juicy and fragrant vegetable filling? Then this khachapuri recipe is just for you! For a change, fry them in a frying pan. And immediately before serving, be sure to lubricate them with butter – it will be even tastier.

Ingredients

  • Matsoni - 1 glass
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
  • Flour - 2 glasses

Finely chop all the ingredients for the filling and lightly simmer everything together in a frying pan. Season it.

Mix the dry ingredients for the dough, pour in the butter with the matzoni, and knead.

Divide the dough into pieces and roll out. Put the filling on each part, put it in a bag and roll it out again.

Fry khachapuri in a frying pan for 5 minutes per side on low heat without oil.
