A very interesting way to diversify the usual blueberry jam is to add bananas to it. I recommend choosing ripe fruits, and even give them a little lie down. They should be soft enough to be kneaded even with a fork.

Ingredients

  • Bananas (cleared) – 1 kg
  • Blueberries - 400 g
  • Sugar (optional) – 0.5 glasses
  • Water - 0.25 glasses
  • Lemon juice - 3 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the bananas into circles and pour lemon juice over them.

Add the washed blueberries, water and, if desired, sugar.

Bring the jam to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.

Chop everything with a blender and put it in jars.

Sterilize them in a pot of water for another 15 minutes and roll them up.
