The traditional recipe uses beef or lamb. In the absence of such, I decided to cook a pork kebab. And since it was raining outside, the meat dish had to be fried in a frying pan. The experiment was a success — it turned out very tasty!

Mix the resulting mass with spices and salt.
Beat it well, and then wrap it in a double layer of gauze and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
With your hands soaked in water, form dense sausages of small size.
Put the blanks on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 10 minutes, turning them over often.
