Like any other fish, salmon is easiest to bake with aromatic herbs. In this case, you don't need anything extra anymore – just spices and a couple more ingredients. I advise you to mix several different herbs to taste. For example, rosemary, thyme and oregano. Or choose what else you like best.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 800 g
- Garlic - 1 head
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sea salt - 2 pinches
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 3 pinches
- Rosemary - 3 twigs
- Thyme - 3 twigs
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the salmon with salt, pepper and oil. Put it in the form.
Arrange the garlic cloves, lemon slices and chopped herbs around.
If necessary, additionally sprinkle with dried herbs and bake for 15 minutes under foil and another 10 without it at 180 degrees.
