If you also like to mix different berries in compote – try this recipe. This includes cherries and two types of currants at once. The drink turns out to be moderately sweet, moderately sour and certainly incredibly healthy. The household will be delighted!
Ingredients
- Cherry - 250 g
- Black Currant - 100 g
- Red currant - 150 g
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the berry and put it in jars. Cover with sugar.
Pour boiling water over the berry, cover with lids and leave for 7-10 minutes.
Drain the water and boil it again. Add lemon juice.
Pour the berry again and roll up the compote.
