- Sesame (black) – 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Cut the cooled fillet and canned pineapple.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lime juice.
Mix salad mix, avocado, pineapple and chicken fillet.
Add salt, ground pepper and olive oil.
Mix the salad and put it on a plate. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
