- Octopus (boiled) – 200 g
- Cheese Dor Blue - 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Radish - 100 g
- Lettuce - 3 leaf
- Wine vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the squid and octopus, and sprinkle with wine vinegar.
Slice cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes and cheese.
Tear the salad leaves with your hands.
