Ingredients
- Fig (ready for sushi) – 120 g
- Mussels - 40 g
- Cream cheese - 30 g
- Soft cheese - 20 g
- Soy sauce - 0.5 tsp.
- Sesame - 1 tbsp.l.
- Capelin caviar - 1 art.l.
- Cucumbers - 0.5 pieces
- Nori - 1 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare sushi rice according to the instructions.
Put it on a sheet of nori, press and turn the rice over.
If the mussels are frozen, lightly boil them according to the instructions. Or take canned ones.
Cut the cucumber into strips.
Put mussels, cucumber and cream cheese on the nori.
Roll up a tight roll and use a mat and a film.
Roll it in sesame seeds and press it down.
Mix soft cheese, soy sauce and capelin caviar.
Cut the roll with a slightly moist knife and put the cheese mass on each piece.
Put the roll in the oven for 7 minutes at 190 degrees.
