Twisting rolls is a long and difficult task. Make a better sushi cake! You will spend much less time, but at the same time the dish will turn out to be just as delicious. For convenience, I recommend using a serving ring.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 200 g
- Shrimp (cleared) – 200 g
- Avocado (large) – 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Philadelphia Cheese - 200 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Nori - 1 sheet
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the rice, pour cold water and boil for 10 minutes.
Remove from the stove and leave under the lid for a quarter of an hour.
Add vinegar, sugar and set aside for another 10 minutes.
Cut the avocado in half, peel, remove the stone.
Cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut the nori leaf into squares.
Put a serving ring on a plate, line the bottom with pieces of nori.
Lay out half of the rice and lightly tamp it.
Add layers of cheese, avocado and remaining rice.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the shrimp and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the garlic passed through the press and cook for another 1 minute.
Put the fried shrimp on top of the rice.
Ready-made sushi cake should be infused in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
