Ingredients
- Mussels - 300 g
- Champignons - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cheese - 120 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the champignons and peeled onions. Grate the cheese.
Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
Pour in the champignons and cook until all the moisture evaporates.
Add mussels, cream, ground pepper, salt and garlic passed through the press. Simmer all together for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
Separately in a dry frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown.
Add butter, ground pepper, salt and milk. Soak everything together for 2 minutes.
Put the fried mussels with mushrooms in the prepared molds.
Pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
