- Onion - 4 pieces
- Flour - 300 g
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 300 ml
- Breadcrumbs - 200 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the peeled onion into rings about 1 cm thick.
Mix flour, spices and baking powder. Roll onion rings in it.
Beat the eggs with milk, add the remaining flour and knead until smooth.
Dip the rings in the batter and put them on the grill to let the excess drain.
Roll the rings in breadcrumbs and fry in a preheated deep-fry for about 2-3 minutes. Put it on paper napkins.
