Do you want to please your soulmate with an exotic dish? Prepare baked crab rolls! They turn out to be surprisingly tasty and fragrant. It is recommended to serve them with wasabi, pickled ginger and unagi sauce.
Ingredients
- Round rice (boiled) – 250 g
- Crab meat - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 150 g
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Fish caviar (tobiko) – 1 tsp.
- Nori - 1 sheet
- Sesame - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the crab meat and cucumbers.
Cut the nori into small strips.
Mix nori, cream cheese and fish roe.
Spread a bamboo mat on the table, sprinkle with sesame seeds, lay out a layer of rice and lightly tamp.
Put crab meat and cucumbers on the wide side of the strip.
Roll up the roll by helping yourself with a bamboo mat.
Cut the roll into small pieces and carefully transfer to a covered baking sheet.
Put a blank with cream cheese on top of each piece.
Bake the crab rolls for 5-7 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
