- Sour cream - 100 g
- Greek yogurt - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the zucchini into thick slices, mix with olive oil and place on a covered baking sheet.
Bake the vegetables for 15 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
Chop the trout and tomatoes.
Mix yogurt, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Lightly fry the bread in butter on both sides.
Smear the bread with sauce. Put zucchini, tomatoes, fish and herbs on top.
Add a little sauce and cover with a second piece of bread.
