Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice according to the instructions. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt, and season the rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Fry the peeled shrimp in oil for a couple of minutes until browned and season.
Cut avocado, radish and radish into slices, cherry slices, and carrots into strips.
