I propose to take a fresh look at familiar things and cook rolls of pancakes with stuffing. I used the classic combination of salmon, cucumber and cream cheese. Do not limit yourself to this, try different options, including sweet cottage cheese and fruit.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Flour - 60 g
- Milk - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Cream cheese - 250 g
- Salmon (low salty) – 150 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs until smooth.
Add flour, salt, sugar and beat well again.
Pour in warm milk, vegetable oil and turn on the mixer for another couple of minutes. As a result, the dough should be homogeneous and thick, like homemade sour cream.
Pour a ladle of dough into a preheated frying pan, spread evenly over the entire surface and fry until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.
Cut cucumbers and salmon into cubes.
Spread the pancake on the table. In the center, lay out a strip of cheese, cucumbers and fish.
Roll up a tight roll and cut into small pieces. Repeat the steps with the rest of the pancakes and the filling.
