Guacamole is a classic vegetarian snack from Mexican cuisine. You can order it in a restaurant or buy it in a store, but it's better to cook it at home in just 5 minutes. Sharing a recipe!
Ingredients
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.l
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 1 twig
- Lemon juice - 40 ml
- Lavash - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, peel, cut into cubes and place in a mortar, squeezing lemon or lime juice there.
Chop the garlic cloves, chop the cilantro, finely chop the onion and pepper.
Wash the tomato, peel and cut into small cubes.
Add all the ingredients in a mortar to the avocado and mix until all the avocado pieces are softened and the sauce becomes homogeneous. Season with salt to taste.
Spread guacamole on pita bread or tortilla. If the sauce remains, cover it with cling film and send it to the refrigerator.
