- Lavash (thin) – 4 pieces
- Crab sticks - 250 g
- Fig (boiled) – 1 glass
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 250 g
- Greenery (pea sprouts) – 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 150 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop crab sticks, season with salt and pepper.
Add the boiled rice, half of the mayonnaise and mix well.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Peel the bell pepper and cut into long cubes.
Spread the pita bread on the table and smear with the remaining mayonnaise.
Taking up a third of the wide part of the pita bread, lay out the rice with crab sticks.
Add bell pepper, avocado and pea sprouts.
Tuck the pita bread from the sides, roll it into a tight roll and fix it with a thread. Repeat the steps with the rest of the pita bread and filling.
