- Tomatoes (cream) – 1 kg
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut tomatoes into 3-4 mm circles.
Remove moisture with paper towels and put them on parchment.
Add salt to the tomatoes and dry in the oven for 2.5-3 hours at 100 degrees with the door ajar.
In the process, turn the slices over a couple of times.
Let the finished chips cool in the oven.
