Ingredients
- White bread - 4 slices
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 140 g
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Boiled sausage - 120 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the sausage, grate the cheese and chop the greens.
Mix everything with the beaten eggs and put it on slices of bread.
Fry the sandwiches until browned in a small amount of butter with the filling down.
Turn over and fry a little more.
