If possible, be sure to try to cook this jelly. It is prepared from different types of meat: chicken, pork, turkey and beef tongue. The taste is rich and bright. Such a snack can be safely placed in the center of the festive table!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Beef tongue thoroughly clean, rinse and put in a deep saucepan.

Add the pork, turkey, chicken washed and cut into large pieces. Boil for 10 minutes after boiling and change the water.

Add peeled onions and carrots, bay leaf, black and allspice. Cook for 4 hours on very low heat.

Fish out the vegetables, add finely chopped garlic, salt and continue to cook for another 30 minutes.

Remove the meat from the broth and cool slightly. The fatty parts and the skin can be thrown away, and the rest is separated from the bone, cut and spread out in prepared containers.

Strain the broth through cheesecloth twice and carefully pour it into plates with meat.

Transfer the cooled jelly to the refrigerator for 8 hours. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
