- Eggplant - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Cilantro - 4 twigs
- Cream cheese - 120 g
- Walnuts - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the eggplant into plates and fry them on both sides until browned.
Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan. Finely chop them with coriander and garlic, and mix with cream cheese.
Wrap the cheese mass in eggplant rolls.
