Many do not know, but the most beautiful jelly is obtained from turkey. Perfectly transparent, rich and moderately thick - are these not the most important qualities of the dish? Even beginners will be able to cope with the recipe. Try it and you will like it!

Cut the turkey meat into large chunks, rinse and put it in a deep saucepan.

Boil for 15 minutes after boiling and change the water. Add bay leaf, black and allspice, peeled onion. Cook over very low heat for 3.5 hours.

Fish out the onion, bay leaf and throw it away. Add finely chopped garlic, add salt and continue to cook for another 1 hour.

Cool the meat slightly, separate it from the bone, chop it finely and arrange it into molds.

Strain the broth through cheesecloth twice and pour the meat into the plates.

When the jelly cools down a little, put it in the refrigerator for 10 hours.
