There must be portioned snacks in different variations on the festive table. Among other things, I recommend cooking tartlets with smoked chicken. Instead of mayonnaise, it is better to cook bechamel sauce. It will give the dish a creamy taste and harmony.
Ingredients
- Smoked chicken - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Butter - 50 g
- Cream - 100 ml
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Nutmeg - on the tip of the knife
- Salt - 0,3 tsp.
- Tartlets - 12 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the smoked chicken, cucumbers and peeled eggs.
Melt the butter in a frying pan.
Add flour and fry for 1.5-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add nutmeg, salt and warm cream. Simmer the sauce over low heat until thickened.
Mix the smoked chicken, eggs, cucumbers and sauce.
Put the filling in the prepared tartlets.
