It is not only Bulgarian pepper that makes sense to marinate for the winter at the height of the season. Today I suggest making a couple of jars with hot chili pepper, jalapeno or any other kind to your taste. You can even mix several different colors.
Ingredients
- Chili pepper (and jalapeno) – 15 pieces
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
- Water - 240 ml
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Wine vinegar (white) – 240 ml
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pepper into rings.
Add all the other ingredients to the water and boil until the sugar dissolves.
Add pepper and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Roll the workpiece into sterilized jars.
