Ingredients
- Cherry Plum (yellow) – 500 g
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Water - 400 ml
- Carnation - 6 buds
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Select a slightly unripe yellow cherry plum with a greenish tinge and put it in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain this water, add salt, sugar and cloves to it, and bring it to a boil again.
Pour the cherry plum again, pour in the vinegar and roll up the jars.
