You will put this snack on the festive table with pride. Be sure, your guests will be delighted with the rabbit jelly. I advise you to pour it into serving molds to put each on a plate separately. It's more beautiful and convenient this way.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the rabbit carcass, cut it up and put it in a saucepan with water.

Add spices and cook for 2 hours over low heat.

Add carrots, peeled onions and cook all together for another 40 minutes.

Gelatin mix with 150 ml of cold water and put aside for 10 minutes.

Put the rabbit on a plate and put it aside to cool.

Discard the onion, set aside the carrots.

Strain the broth, add salt and boil for 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat, pour in the blank with gelatin and mix.

Separate the meat from the bones, chop and arrange into molds.

Cut the carrots and add them to the meat.

Pour in the broth and gently transfer to a cool place. After 3 hours, the rabbit jelly will be ready.
