Julienne can be an excellent dish for a festive table. Its elegant appearance and delicate taste make it an excellent choice to please guests. Moreover, you can take a more interesting recipe – for example, with tongue and mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Beef tongue - 300 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Butter - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the tongue until tender, rinse with cold water, peel and slice.
Fry the tongue in butter.
Fry the chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil, and then add the mushrooms.
Fry for another 5-7 minutes, add flour, stir and add sour cream.
Put the tongue in the sauce, season and simmer all together for another 5 minutes.
Put julienne in cocotnuts, sprinkle with grated cheese and send it to the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
